Christina has worked as a Sterile Processing Technician and Educator since 2006. In 2013, she founded the charitable organization Sterile Processing Education Charitable Trust (SPECT) and has led the organization in providing comprehensive training programs for health care workers in resource-constrained countries. Christina has gained international respect through publications in the BMJ Global Health, AMIC Journal, and Surgical Infections. In 2018, HSPA awarded her Educator of the Year, and in 2017 she was recognized as one of Calgary's Top 40 Under 40 to make a difference.
