Dr. Henschke heads the International Early Lung Cancer Action Program (I-ELCAP).

PhD from the University of Georgia, and an MD from Howard University.

She did her Residency and Fellowship training at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital at Harvard Medical School.

Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Dr. Henschke was a faculty member at Harvard Medical School and the Weill Cornell Medical College.

She has authored over 400 articles and two books; and has trained over 40 Research Fellows in thoracic imaging.
